To create our Whiskey Barrel Aged Honey, we teamed up with Tarnished Truth Distilling Co. The process begins with Tarnished Truth emptying one of their aged whiskey barrels, rich with the deep, complex flavors of bourbon. Once the barrel is emptied, we fill it with our premium honey, allowing it to absorb the subtle notes of the bourbon that remains in the wood. Over time, the honey takes on these rich, nuanced flavors, creating a unique and luxurious taste experience. The result is our Whiskey Barrel Aged Honey.
